Beginning Ballet Instruction

Most dancers begin their dance training with creative movement and creative dance at a young age. Often at 3 or 4.  But occasionally, someone older will decide to follow their dream of dancing. These  older dancers typically face a dilemma of being in a class of much younger dancers, or in a class with dancers that are far beyond their skill level. The Ballet Bible  is a written by Anita Leembruggen, who started dancing as a teenager. Her guide will help dancers at any level reach a potential that they’ve only dreamed of.

It is also helpful to have a barre to work at.
